How much do you charge for a sale?
The commission is agreed in advance and only due after a successful sale. I tell you the exact amount at our first meeting, so you know what to expect up front.
Do you also sell outside the city?
Yes, I work in the city and the wider area. If you are unsure whether I cover your location, just get in touch and I will tell you straight away.
How often will you keep me informed?
Regularly and continuously. You will know about every viewing and how interest is developing, and I answer any question straight away.
